Basic between R18K - R20K / market related depending on what you are earning now / recently.

Your main function is to provide excellent customer service consistently to service clients at a very busy franchise dealership. Your main focus is customer care and excellent service.

• Specific brand / OEM training and working experience preferred.
• Excellent computer literacy skills including Kerridge / Evolve / Automate / Pinnacle / Drive etc
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
• Clear credit record (no judgements)
• Valid driver's license
• Previous working experience as a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant at a franchise dealership for a minimum of 2 years and due to the clientele, you must be able to communicate in Afrikaans as well.
