Basic salary R15K + incentives + company contributions to provident fund.

Your main function is to provide excellent customer service consistently to service clients at a very busy franchise dealership. This is a great company to work for and a be part of.

• Previous working experience as a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant at a franchise dealership for a minimum of 2 years.
• Specific brand / OEM training and working experience will be preferred but not essential
• Excellent computer literacy skills - motor trade related : Kerridge / Evolve / Automate / Drive / Pinnacle / Keyloop etc
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
• Clear criminal record
• Clear credit record (no judgements)
• Valid driver's license
