Description

Your function is as support to the service department where you will handle the costing of warranty job cards and manage warranty parts. Job description to include, but not limited to:

  • Warranty claim administration, loading, costing and invoicing.
  • Management of warranty parts as per OEM and dealer requirements
  • Liaise with OEM re warranty claims ensuring dealer submission targets are achieved and maintained
  • Assisting the service advisors whenever they need help

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Warranty Clerk in a franchise dealership
  • Computer literacy skills to include MS Office and Evolve
  • Excellent attention to detail required and parts management skills
  • Clear criminal record
  • Drivers License
  • Clear credit record
