Your main role is to provide excellent quality of workmanship by accurately completing repair orders within the allocated time and optimising productivity and profitability of the Service Department. Customer service comes first.

• Passenger vehicle trade test with at least 6 years working experience at franchise dealership level.
• Understanding franchise dealership processes, procedures and OEM interaction.
• Valid drivers license
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Physically able to perform the duties as required for this position.
• RSA citizen
