Privately owned, well established specific brand private workshop is in need of someone who can manage the business successfully and profitably for the owners, with the focus on excellent customer service of which the workshop is known for.

Your position will be that of a Working Manager as we would need your expertise and current knowledge of the product. You will also be managing a team of 6 technical staff members, while maintaining a clean and professional and safe working space.

• Matric (NQF4) & relevant completed trade/mechanical qualification
• Must have exceptional diagnostic skills (diagnostic technician - must be a Qualified Technician)
• Previous workshop management/supervisory/team lead experience within a niche, service orientated workshop environment
• Must have excellent technical knowledge of the specific brand(Service, Maintenance, Diagnostics)
• Fully Computer Literate (MS Office Suite Applications)
• Must be in good physical health to perform hands on tasks
• Proven track record within a technical service and maintenance workshop environment
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Clear criminal and credit record
