Basic salary negotiable on experience and brand specific training + incentives + company benefits. R18K to R20K basic.

The position is based at a well known franchise dealership and we are looking for someone special to join this team. Here your main focus is customer satisfaction and delivering consistent excellent and professional customer service at a fast pace.

Previous working experience at a franchise dealership in a similar environment of at least 3 years as a Service Advisor at a franchise dealership. Specific brand experience will take preference. Matric minimum qualification. Clear criminal and credit record. Driver's license and own reliable transport. Willingness to work one Saturday morning per month. Software experience to include relevant motor trade Kerridge / Drive / Keyloop / Evolve etc.
