Great opportunity at well established group for an experienced VIP Payroll Clerk dealing with average staff compliment of 300.

• Matric / Senior certificate
• Minimum 3 years working experience on SAGE VIP PAYROLL - preferably PEOPLE 300 or else PREMIUM
• Payroll Clerk / HR Administrator experience using above software - staff compliment average 300
• Other HR software like HRIS / HRMS
• Knowledge of labour laws
• Strong interpersonal and people skills
• Attention to detail

DUTIES include but not limited to:

• Maintain personnel records
• Update internal database ( record annual / sick / maternity leave etc)
• EMP201 & EMP501 submissions
• Issue disciplinary warnings to staff
