Market related basic salary depending on brand specific training / experience / current / most recent basic salary.

Your main role is to provide excellent quality of workmanship by accurately completing repair orders within the allocated time and optimising productivity and profitability of the Service Department. Fix Right First Time & Customer service comes first.

• City Centre - very popular brand
• Northern Suburbs (large automotive group) - popular brand.
• Southern Suburbs (large automotive group) - great and well established brand.

• RSA ID
• Passenger vehicle trade test with at least 6 years working experience at franchise dealership level.
• Understanding franchise dealership processes, procedures and OEM interaction.
• Good computer literacy skills and communication skills.
• Valid drivers license
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Physically able to perform the duties as required for this position.
• Proof of labour targets achieved.
