Market related for a senior role with at least 5 years experience in the auto body repair industry.

The Administration Supervisor will oversee a small team and be responsible for the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all administrative tasks within the department.To effectively lead and coordinate the administrative functions of the Business, ensuring workflow, accurate costing and estimation, efficient parts procurement, and excellent customer service at reception.

Implement and sustain processes focused on ensuring company profitability and positive cash flow. Implement and sustain administrative processes focused on ensuring compliance with OEM, insurer and statutory requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 and relevant tertiary qualification in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in an administrative supervisory role, ideally in the motor industry or body repair sector.
• Knowledge of panelbeating workflows, insurance procedures, and motor vehicle components advantageous.
• Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Audatex) and job management systems beneficial.
• Strong leadership ability and interpersonal skills.
• MUST have industry related software experience
