Very popular brand franchise dealership in City Centre has a senior role available for someone who will fit the profile and have the passion for the product and job at hand. (Psychometric Assessments will be done by the OEM during the recruitment process).

Your main function is to lead your sales teams to achieve their sales targets and have profitable departments, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and foster loyalty and drive repeat business.

• Must have Sales Management experience in the franchise automotive industry.
• Valid motor cycle license.
• Preferable Tertiary Qualification.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
