Franchise dealership which is part of a privately owned group of dealerships, needs a special person to join their team.

The Creditors Clerk will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations related to our suppliers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and coding invoices, credit notes, and other supplier documentation.
• Matching purchase orders to invoices and delivery notes.
• Ensuring all invoices are correctly authorized and approved.
• Preparing and processing payment runs.
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate records of all creditor transactions.
• Liaising with suppliers regarding invoice queries and payment issues.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Proven experience as a Creditors Clerk (minimum 2 years).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using software Keyloop & Excel
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on Saturdays
