Full Bookkeeper function for the groups vehicle management team.

The Bookkeeper - Vehicle Management Team - will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial record-keeping related to our company vehicles. This includes tracking expenses, processing invoices, and generating reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and experience with software including KEYLOOP.

• Minimum Matric + Accounting & Maths
• Tertiary Qualification (Bookkeeping / Accounting Certificate/ Diploma
• Motor industry experience as Bookkeeper / Accountant for at least 4 years working in a pressurised environment.
• You must have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• KEYLOOP software experience
• Excellent Excel experience
• Clear credit record (proof required up front)
• Clear criminal record
• Ability to work in a team, take ownership of your work.
