Basic between R16 000 and R17 000 + commission + company contributions to medical aid and provident fund.

Your main function is to provide excellent customer service consistently to service clients at a very busy franchise dealership.

• Previous working experience as a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant at a franchise dealership ( such as Suzuki / VW ) for a minimum of 3 years.
• Specific brand / OEM training and working experience preferred.
• Excellent computer literacy skills including Kerridge / Evolve / Automate
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
• Clear criminal record
• Clear credit record (no judgements)
• Valid driver's license
