• Minimum of 6 years experience n a franchise dealership service department understanding processes, procedures and OEM requirements. Specifically achieving set labour sales targets and quality standards.
• Specific brand experience and training preferred.
• Valid driver's license
• Own set of tools
• Clear criminal record
• Contactable references
• Understanding of customer service scoring and targets & OEM procedures
• Diagnostics and fault finding knowledge and experience required.
